Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> 1. Purchasing and Inventory Planning: - Cooperate with Sales/sales support team to get customer demand forecast, analyze to understand the trend, and verify the reason for the fluctuation - Get a quotation from factories, negotiate price and related terms - Issue purchasing orders to factories, control purchasing price, prepare standard stock, and safety stock following the purchasing budget - Monitor and manage stock on hand daily to ensure delivery to customers - Work closely with the supplier for every purchasing/delivery/ quality issue 2. Warehouse and Logistics Controlling - Cooperate with the logistics agency for all related documents, procedures, processes for import and export (HS code, tax rate, CO, customs clearance...) - Follow up together with the logistics agency to finish the import-export procedure in time and efficiently - Finding a suitable forwarder, Control relating to the fee/cost - Supervise/instruct warehouse to ensure smooth inbound and outbound, and proper warehouse operation 3. Other tasks ask to be assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Language: English - Business Level - Experience: Two years of experience in Purchasing and Logistics + Experience working directly with suppliers or factories (domestic or foreign). + Have worked with the warehouse department or directly managed a warehouse. + Experience working with logistics units, forwarders, or shipping lines.
