<Job Responsibilities> I. Human Resources Task: 1. Recruitment and follow-up on the board: - Define recruitment needs based on requirements, recruitment plan, and recruitment budget. Buildup/ Revise Job Description. - Contact with the agent to process the recruitment procedure, such as selecting CVs, arranging interviews, and informing interview results to candidates. - Conduct orientation training for new joiners. - Make Preparation before onboarding. - Follow up and process assessment after probationary term. 2. Assessment and Training. - Collect the mission of the letter. - Organize training and development program. 3. Law and Regulation Compliance: - Monitor, remind, and guide staff to ensure strict compliance with Company regulations (Labor regulation, Anti-trust, Anti-Bribery, etc). - Prepare/Renew/Terminate Labor contract and maintain labor records and other HR documents per regulation. - Prepare periodically reports to the authorities and the Head-Quarter. 4. Compensation and Benefits: - Track attendance record, Prepare Salary statement, PIT, declare SI, HI, UI per regulation, and other benefits for staff as per the company policy. - Organize internal events. - Other duties as per instructions from Management II. Administrative task - Handle incoming calls, welcome guests, book hotels, airlines, and restaurants for business trip and welcome guests. - Purchase and control stationery, office equipment, and follow up on repairs and maintenance of premises and office equipment. - Claim and manage office expenses: office rental, car rental, telephone fee, electricity and parking fee, etc.... - Support to prepare a budget for admin expenses - File and store admin contracts
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education Background: - Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Human Resources, Law, or related majors. - Preferred university: National Economic University, Foreign Trade University, University of Economics and Business – Vietnam National University, or equivalent universities ・Gender: Any ・ Age: 24 ~ 35 years old ・Language: English - Business Level ・Experience: Experienced (General) – 2-3 years’ experience as Human Resources cum Administrator ・Skills: - Strong communication skills (both verbal and non-verbal, English and Vietnamese), excellent interpersonal and customer service skills - Excellent organizational skills and time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines. - Attention to detail, strong analytical and problem-solving skills. - Work well both in a team and independently. - Ability to comprehend, interpret, and apply the appropriate sections of applicable law, guideline, regulations, ordinances, and policies (Labor Code, Insurance Law, Personal Income Tax Law, Internal Labor regulation, etc....)
