Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Join the project team to develop, maintain applications, and implement eco-systems, API..etc for products in the corporation - Understand and analyze requirements, create basic design specifications, detail design specifications, and other specifications related to development works - Implement (coding), Testing (Unit Testing, Integration Testing), and support UAT before Go-Live. - Support Go-Live, and Post-Go-Live activities. - Adhere to the development schedule - Working closely with other teams such as SAP, ITO, and Other Business Unit to ensure issues and requests are addressed timely. - Update system documentation and training documents/user manual - Support training new team members/users
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Education Background: Bachelor's Degree, major in IT - Experience: At least 6 months of working experience as a Java Developer + At least 6 months of real working experience with Java frameworks such as Spring or Trust or Hibernate + At least 6 months of real working experience with one database system such as MySQL, PostgreSQL, SQL server, Oracle..etc - Language: English - Business Level or Japanese - Business Level - Other Skills & Knowledge: + Good interpersonal and communication skills; ability to work well on cross-functional project teams and foster team commitment to tasks. + Good knowledge of OOP and MVC model + Knowledge of software development lifecycle <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Experience working in Japanese companies or experience working onsite in Japan is plus - Experience with JS frameworks such as Angular, ReactJS, and VueJS is plus - Experience with AWS, GCP, and Azure is a plus. - Knowledge of job net systems such as JP1 is plus
