Job Description
-Development of supplier selection criteria, including market analysis, supplier market trends, and competitor procurement strategies;Development and execution of negotiation strategies
-Evaluation of suppliers from multiple perspectives, including quality, cost, delivery, technical capabilities, and financial condition
-Understanding purchasing contracts and managing the implementation of contract terms and conditions.
Understanding the cost structure of products. Understand true costs and identify reduction opportunities based on manufacturing and logistics costs
-Efficiently process supplier performance data and other data to create analytical reports
-Negotiate price, delivery, quality, and payment terms with suppliers, taking into account quality, delivery, and risk.
-Create reports for management and other department leaders that visualize complex data and make it easy for decision makers to understand.
-Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
- More than 5 years working experience as SCM role
- More than high conversational level English
- Has strong knowledge of ordering, stock management, payment, system etc..
