Job Description
- Manage daily warehouse operations - Handle client inquiries and resolve operational issues - Arrange subordinate shifting schedules - Monitor and analyze team KPIs and identify improvement areas - Provide guidance, coaching, and support to team members - Review daily operational activities and report findings to Manager - Perform other related duties as assigned
Job Requirement
- Bachelor’s degree in Transport Management, Sea Transport, or related field - High conversational English or above - Min. 2 years of experience as a Warehouse Leader in Freight Forwarding industry - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, especially in dealing with customers
