Job Description
- Handle Purchase Orders (PO) for suppliers in Japan and China. - Source and negotiate with local vendors for restricted (LARTAS) items like wood and metal that require local processing. - Understand material market trends and pricing (e.g., acrylic, metal). - Conduct regular vendor visits to monitor material quality and pricing. - Manage import documentation (invoice, packing list, Bill of Lading) and liaise with forwarders. - Ensure compliance with customs regulations - Coordinate shipments to the warehouse. - Willing to travel for business trips within Java island.
Job Requirement
・At least bachelor's degree ・High conversational level of English ・2-3 years experience as PPIC and EXIM or related role from similar industry ・Can drive a car and has active SIM A ・Has knowledge about restricted (LARTAS) items ・Easy to adapt to fast-paced environment
