Job Description
- Customer Support & Supply Chain from A to Z from receive PO until goods delivered to Customer's door - Supporting Exim department or team in various capacities - Prepare and process import and export documentation according to customs regulations, laws, or procedures - Coordinating and communicate with suppliers, manufacturers, and forwarder to ensure prompt and proper movement of goods - Coordinate the payment of freight and duty charges to relevant parties - Receive PO from customer & create PO to supplier - Update delivery schedule, receive the goods, arrange delivery to bonded or non-bonded customer and prepare document needed. - Review and prepare sales & purchase agreement, create warranty letter and create project completion document (BAST) - Register customer & supplier master data, purchase item master data, project item master data - Support sales team for tracking purchase & sales data history, contract etc and ensuring all the document and data is valid - Scanning and filling all the DO or document that come to company - Responsible for back up for urgent matter for the CS & EXIM Team - Stock taking (monthly & yearly) and arrange stock Opname Schedule and ensure the actual goods same as data in the system - Assist the HR team in maintaining company documents, coordinate quarterly LKPM reporting with finance, handle expatriate permit documents, check monthly staff attendance and reimbursements, and support office operations by liaising with vendors.
Job Requirement
・Minimum D3/S1 in any field ・Conversational level of English (Written) ・At least 1 year working experience in EXIM related position ・Familiar with shipping procedures and documents ・Able to work under pressure and fast response for the urgent matter. ・Proactive and supporting other team when necessary needed. ・Eager to learn new things ・Can join ASAP
