Job Description
- Review and verify HVAC, electrical, and wiring drawings for compliance and accuracy
- Manage and monitor project schedules to ensure timely completion
- Conduct floor, wall, and site inspections during and after construction
- Oversee end-to-end project management, from planning to handover
- Ensure strict quality control and adherence to company’s standards
- Maintain clear and timely communication with HQ or other branches abroad
- Coordinate with internal teams, vendors, and contractors for smooth project execution
- Other related tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・At least associate degree from related major
・High Conversational level English
・3-5 years experience working as Store development projects (retail, F&B, entertainment, etc.), or Project management involving Japanese tenant construction in shopping malls
・Strong understanding of construction drawings, technical layouts, and site inspection processes
・Proficiency in AutoCAD and basic design software (e.g., Photoshop, SketchUp) is a strong advantage
・Excellent project coordination, scheduling, and communication skills
・Detail-oriented, with a solid understanding of quality control standards in construction or fit-out projects
