Managing full spectrum of HR & general admin for a company, including managing Talent Acquisition, Performance Management, Compensation & Benefits, Talent Management, Labor Law and other legal tasks
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in any discipline from reputable university
・Have a minimum of 5 years of experiences as an HRGA Legal Manager in related field
・Used to setup new company HRGA systems
・Able to work independently as well as team work
・Excellent in all HRGA Legal aspects
・Strong personality, persistent, good analytical thinking skill, leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
・Business level English
・Willing to work in Batam
