Assists leadership in performance management and developing effective pipeline and succession plan.
Ability to understand the business operations from both a strategic and tactical perspective.
Must accurately diagnose organization issues, develop solutions and implement action plans.
Manage the recruitment process and ensure candidates fit the role and company culture.

Has long experience in handling above job description.
Understanding of, and some experience with, most or all of the core aspects of Human Resource Management (staffing; employee relations; performance management; leadership development; training).
Has the ability to influence and lead the team.
Visionary kind of person.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Experience supporting Executive level leadership with workforce analysis to include structure, recruitment, compensation, projects, etc.
Ability to communicate across all levels of the site.
Easy to approach with the ability to engage employees and be a strong employee advocate while maintaining company values.
Deeply understand about Indonesia.
Can synchronize with the company vision.
