Job Description
♦Providing consulting services to group companies in Indonesia
>Planning, proposing, and implementing group common training
>Human resource system planning/proposal/implementation support
>Labor relations support (support when changing human resources laws, etc.)
>Planning and operation of group human resources manager meetings
>Response to other personnel-related consultations
♦ Internal human resources and general affairs related work (with 1 subordinate)
> Salary calculation
>Preparation and management of personnel and general affairs related documents (internal regulations, etc.)
>Procedures related to company management (management of company articles of incorporation, general meeting of shareholders, operation of board of directors (paper-based))
> Other general affairs
Job Requirement
・HRGA Supervisor / assistant manager experience in Japanese company
・Consultation experience (Planning, operation setting, etc..)
・Has experience of internal training planning and managing *Including for group company
・Has experience of handling group company HRGA
・Business level English
・Good at presentation
