Job Description

Responsibilities
HR Role:
- Has minimum 3 year experience as HR-Recruitment staff
- Understanding government labor regulations
- Willing to work overtime
- Has experience in Manufacture/Industrial company
GA Role:
- Especially handling for GA matter
- Building management, control and maintain company asset, travel arrangement, security, transportation and cleaning services management.
- Establish & maintain good relationship with external party such as Government Institution                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                - Supporting Employee 
Requirements
- Have a minimum of S1 degree especially from Psychology, Law or Management
- Have a minimum of 5 year experiences in related field
- Excellent knowledge in Labor Law dan other labor regulations
- Have excellent knowledge in company licensing, foreign labor, and BPJS
- Familiar with Internal and External Audit including ISO, TAPA etc.
- Have experiences in handling HR administrations including Stationary stock taking
- Have rich methods in handling recruitment
- Excellent in payroll including preparing the reports
- good communication in English for both oral and written (Able to speak Japanese is an advantage)
- Have excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
