Job Description
- Monitoring and managing the work of his subordinates includes Compensation and Benefit, Recruitment, Training, Industrial Relations, Performance Management, Career Planning.
- Conduct mediation with Labor Unions, Manpower Office, PHI and other parties, when there is a distribution or dispute
- Make analysis/report related to employment such as absent, overtime, turnover, disputes, etc.
- Presentation of analysis results to management / HR Region Singapore.
Job Requirement
・Bachelor's degree any major
・3 years of experience as HR Supervisor from manufacture
・Business English proficiency.
・Experience in handling Industrial Relations, Compensation & Benefits, Training, People Development, Payroll.
