- HR Management

<Job Responsibilities>
- Organize HR Management system in the company
- Do payroll
- Handle attendance
- Develop and implement employee recruitment system
- Carry evaluation process for employee satisfaction level
- Handle  legal related issue
- Organize training activities
- Control budget
- Create SOP
- Bridge the employee and company
- Other responsibilities as needed

Job Requirement

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's degree
・Business English proficiency (effective for coordination with expat & foreigners)
・Min. 4 years of experience as HR Manager, experienced in handling all aspects of HR (recruitment, administrative, training development, compensation benefit) in a foreign company
・Deep understanding of UU Ketenagakerjaan and PPh21 
・Good communication skill, good decision making skill, good organizational ability, proactive, smart

<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Working experience in Korean company
