- Manage HRGA division
- Training and Development
- Remuneration management
- Compensation and Benefit management
- Performance management
- IR Management
- Communicate and coordinate with regional office, and other group branches
- Ad Hoc duties
- Manage Legal and IT divisions
- Other responsibilities as needed
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Bachelor's Degree in HR Management, Psychology or Law
・Business English proficiency
・6 years of experience in HR related matters, including min. 1 year in assistant managerial level in Japanese or other MNC companies
・Experienced in end to end process of recruitment, training & development, remuneration management (payroll & income tax), compensation & benefit (welfare), performance management (include KPI arrangement & evaluation), IR (labor union) and GA function
・Good leadership and management experience
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
・Experienced in managing IT and Legal-Compliance
・Able to join ASAP
