Job Description
<Position Objective/Expectation >
- Assisting team to perform general administration tasks including recruitment, new employees orientations, supporting payroll and general affairs matters
<Job Responsibilities>
HR
- Handle Recruitment and conduct interview
- Conduct new staff orientation & basic training
- Conduct new staff performance appraisal and coordinate with related departments to make the performance appraisal form.
- Control database of Employee
- Handle Report of staff attendance, leave report, and Overtime calculation
General Affairs
- Responsible for receipt checking, approval for all the invoice vendor include expenses claim and staff advance
- Handle for ticket reservations, hotel reservations, create invitation letter or guarantee letter
- Handle BPJS (health and labor)
- Control and ensure all Company licenses/ permit are valid
- Control and ensure all expatriate documents are complete and comply with government regulations
- Check agreements with customers, suppliers, employees or any agreements with other parties.
- Control usage of office stationary, printing equipment, company vehicles, water, electricity, phone, and other general office supplies.
- Conduct and Supervise Kaizen implementation and 5S
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Have a minimum of Bachelor degree in any discipline
- Have a minimum of 3 year experiences in related field in Japanese company
- Computer literate
- Business level English (able to speak Japanese is an advantage)
- High accuracy and excellent administration skill
- Having good leadership and loyal
- Having pleasant personality, honest and trustworthy
- Well knowledge in HR / Legal fields (labor law, BPJS, company license, and expatriate permit)
- Wiling to work in Bekasi or Cibitung area
