Job Description
・Responsible for ensuring the smooth execution of all export-import processes, including document handling (PEB, PIB, BL/AWB, COO, etc.), coordination with PPJK, customs, shipping lines, and relevant authorities.
・Ensure all international shipments are timely, comply with regulations, and are cost-efficient.
・Monitor the customs clearance process and anticipate potential logistical issues.
・Prepare regular reports on export-import activities and submit them to the Director.
・Maintain active communication with overseas vendors, freight forwarders, and logistics partners.
・Supervise the work of the Sales Admin staff, ensuring accurate sales order entry, invoice creation, and proper execution of sales administration in accordance with SOPs.
・Provide guidance and support to the Sales Admin team in handling customer orders and coordinating with warehouse/logistics.
・Collaborate across departments to ensure on-time delivery and customer satisfaction.
・Develop and implement procedural improvements to enhance the efficiency of the EXIM and Sales Admin teams.
・Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・At least bachelor's degree from related major
・Business level English
・For the Assistant Manager position, a minimum of 3 years of EXIM experience with the latest title as Spv. or higher is required. For the Manager position, candidates must have at least 5 years of experience with the latest title as Assistant Manager.
・PPJK certification in EXIM (Export-Import) is highly preferred.
