Job Description
-Identify and pursue new B2B business opportunities in the heavy industrial machinery market (e.g., mining, construction, energy, manufacturing).
-Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and prospective clients, dealers, and distributors.
-Understand client requirements and recommend suitable machinery solutions based on technical specifications and application needs.
-Prepare and deliver compelling proposals, quotations, and product presentations to clients.
-Conduct market research to analyze trends, customer needs, and competitor activities.
-Collaborate with internal teams (engineering, service, logistics, finance) to ensure customer satisfaction and smooth order execution.
-Achieve sales targets and contribute to the company’s revenue and profitability goals.
-Attend industry events, exhibitions, and client meetings to build brand visibility and generate leads.
-Assist in the negotiation of contracts, pricing, and terms in line with company policies.
-Other tasks as assigned
Job Requirement
・Bachelors' degree from Engineering, Business, Marketing, or related field
・Min 3-5 years of experience as Sales or Business Development Assistant Manager in Industrial Heavy Machinery
・Have experience in B2B business with Indonesian companies and overseas
・Business level of English
