<Job Responsibilities>
- Mostly Japanese customers
-Responding to inquiries from customers
(consultations and inquiries regarding leasing, etc.)
-Hearing of customer's request
-Introduction of properties
-Accompanying the property preview
-Contract support
-Negotiations with the owner
-Follow-up before and after moving in
-Reporting to your boss
-Update SNS as needed
-Other related business



<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・ 2-3 years of sales experience
* Real estate industry experience is not required
・ Japanese: Daily conversation level
・ English: Business level
・ Responsible person & high communication skills
