<Job Responsibilities> Responsibilities: - Achieve remarkable result on the overall business development for air and ocean freight business, logistics with focus on new accounts. - Identify, plan and establish high potential accounts - Lead, motivate and manage sales team to make great achievement on / exceeding planned results - Generate required tonnages on target projects - Ensure gross profit level reaching basic requirement - Direct report to General Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > - Well experienced in sales activities in sizable air & ocean forwarding company with proven track record, at least 5 years’ experience in managerial position - Excellent leadership, negotiation and team building skills - Proactive, customer-oriented, results-oriented with excellent interpersonal & presentation skills - Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese - Japanese language skill will be advantage
