Japanese Speaking Sales Admin Officer

<Job Responsibilities>
• Perform company system’s master maintenance
• Prepare sales statistic or other related reports
• Prepare different kinds of data and responsible for report checking, such as PO, backlog, stock, VMI report
• Communicate with suppliers for various application, such as special price and PCN
• Communicate with warehouse for daily operation
• Assist with logistics-related issues such as data entry or invoice checking.
• Support manager in preparing ISO and JSOX documentation
• Other ad hoc duties


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
• Diploma holder or above
• Fluent in English, Mandarin, and Japanese(N2 or above)
• At least 2 years of relevant experience
• Proficient in MS Office
