<Job Responsibilities>
- Handle shipping duties for export
- Prepare shipment plan and shipping report
- Issue & receive invoice
- Communicate with internal(Japan HQ) and external parties regarding shipping issues
- Answering the delivery date of the order to the customer, etc.
-Ad-hoc duties
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Bachelor degree or above
- 2 year Experience of shipping in semiconductor industry, able to handle the duties responsibly.
- Good command of Japanese, able to communicate by e-mail and meeting（N2 level or above）
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Good team player, polite and honest
- Good time management skill, be responsible.
