Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> • Take orders from sister companies overseas (Indonesia, Malaysia, Japan, China, the Philippines, the U.S, Brazil, Mexico, India, Spain) • Liaise with the Chinese suppliers and ensure a timely delivery • Coordinate with suppliers, forwarders, and warehouse on delivery arrangements to ensure smooth operations • Prepare reports and conduct inventory control • Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > • High Diploma or above • Fluent in Japanese(JLPT N2), English and Chinese • At least 1 year of sales support experience in a Japanese company • Proficient in MS Office, including Excel
