Job Description
- Provide full spectrum of admin support including
- General office administration
- Procurement
- Fixed assets management
- Office renovation, facilities and equipment maintenance
- Responsible for project scheduling, coordination, and contract renewal
- Prepare business correspondence and presentation material
- Generate reports for management review
- Coordinate and arrange internal meetings and prepare meeting minutes
- Supervise a team of senior admin executive, receptionist, and office assistant to deliver administration function
- Involved in developing, reviewing and implementing Admin policies, procedures, and guidelines
- Assist in various tasks of the Administration Department as assigned

<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- HKAL/ HKDSE or above
- 3 years of relevant experience, preferably gained from a sizable firm
- Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
- Proficient in MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint & Chinese Word Processing
- Able to work under pressure
- Willing to perform outdoor work
