Our client, a Japan basis trading company which is dealing with semiconductors and electric components is now looking for Sales Assistant as the following:
Job Description
- Follow up existing clients and group subsidiaries to achieve smooth communication and transaction
- To be responsible in Sales Assistant treating electric parts in trading company
- Accepting and receiving orders, corresponding to the call/mail from customers
- Preparing products and delivery lists, sharing information with sales executives
- Any ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
- At least 1 year solid working experiences in business operation and support
- Experiences in the industry of semiconductor, electric components is must
- Possess basic knowledge of SCM or working experiences in electric industry should be advantage
- Good command in spoken and written in English and Mandarin
- Daily conversation level of Japanese is preferable
