Responsibilities
- Making company rules corresponding to new accounting rules (IFRS9 etc.)
- Review of the suppliers and outsourcing (cost cutting, efficiency measures)
- Proper maintenance of the personal files, job description, and introduction of KPI & evaluation system, etc.
- Prepare reports, and verification of vouchers, list, documents, etc.
- Handle attendance record, liaise with relevant department
- Assist manager and support staff if required
- Handle ad-hoc duties upon required

- Above University graduate
- 2-3 years’ experience in equipment finance of leasing companies or banks preferred
- Working experience in administration department preferred
- Good command of English and Mandarin
- Cooperative, challenging, good communication and interpersonal skills
- Immediate available
Package
- Up to HKD 25,000 ( Depends on experience )
- Working Hour: Mon – Fri / 09:00 - 17:30
- Annual Leave: 14 days / 1ts year
- Double Pay & Discretional Bonus
