日本および香港の発着を中心としつつ他アジア各国・地域を含めた輸送手配に関わるカスタマーサービス全般（一部オペレーション・営業を含む）。 主たるクライアントである日本他の企業、行政機関・関係業界団体に対して提供する、以下の業務のご担当をお任せ致します。 ・チームスタッフの担当する「日本から中国、香港、アジア各国へ輸出入される貨物のモニタリング（輸送船、トラックの手配含む）、および、お客様への報告」のモニター、サポート ・チームスタッフの作成する「輸送費の計算、請求書発行」の承認 ・顧客への報告書作成 ・香港および他アジア各国・地域への商品輸出の規制確認、必要な手配、および輸入側関係者との調整（食品環境衛生局または税関に問い合わせを含む） ・新規ビジネス開拓のためのサービス提案書作成 ・上記の実施にあたっての香港および他アジア各国・地域の企業、パートナーの開拓、調整、および、それに資するネットワーキング ・新規ビジネス開拓のための顧客アポイントメント取得、訪問 ・展示会・イベントでのブース運営サポート（年に数回） ・その他、関連する業務 ・クライアント訪問、および、香港以外のアジア各国・地域の案件の際の当該地区への海外出張(年に数回程度) General customer service (including some operations and sales) related to transportation arrangements mainly to and from Japan and Hong Kong, also to other Asian countries and regions. The position will be in charge of the following operations provided to our main Japan clients, other companies, government agencies, and related industry groups. ・ Monitoring and support for "monitoring of cargo imported and exported from Japan to China, Hong Kong, and Asian countries (including arrangement of transport ships and trucks) and reporting to customers" by team staff ・ Approval of "calculation of transportation costs and issuance of invoices" created by team staff ・Preparation of reports to customers ・Confirmation of restrictions on the export of goods to Hong Kong and other Asian countries and regions, necessary arrangements, and coordination with importer parties (including inquiries to the Food and Environmental Health Administration or customs) ・Preparation of service proposals for new business development ・Cultivate and coordinate companies and partners in Hong Kong and other Asian countries and regions in implementing the above, and network that contributes to them. ・Acquisition of customer appointments and visits for new business development ・Support for booth operation at exhibitions and events (several times a year) ・Ad hoc duties ・Client visits and overseas business trips to Asian countries and regions other than Hong Kong (about several times a year)
Job Requirement
・大卒以上 ・社会人経験が10年以上ある方（マーケティング、物流関連でのご経歴、チームマネジメント関連知識がある方が望ましい） ・言語スキル（日本語：ネイティブ、英語：ビジネスレベル、中国語および広東語：できれば尚可） ・PCスキル (EXCEL/WORD/PPT) ・グラフィックデザイン関連ソフト（必須ではないが望ましい） ・食（特に日本産食材・食品、和食など日本に関連するもの）に対する関心の強い方 ・責任感が強く、明るく、チャレンジ精神旺盛な方 ・チームで達成するため、チームワークや連携を大切にできる方 ・数年内にはチームの取りまとめとしての役割や、長期的には会社マネジメントとともに会社経営の方向性を考え遂行する役割も期待 - Bachelor degree or above - More than 10 years of working experience (preferably background in marketing, logistics, and knowledge about team management) - Language skills (Japanese: Native level, English: Business level, Chinese and Cantonese: preferred) ・PC SKILLS (EXCEL/WORD/PPT) ・Graphic design-related software is desirable ・Strong interest in food (especially Japanese ingredients, foods, Japanese food, and other Japan-related foods) ・ Strong sense of responsibility, cheerfulness, and a strong spirit of challenge ・ Value teamwork and cooperation to achieve it as a team ・ Within a few years, it is expected to play a role as a team organizer, and in the long term, to execute the direction of company management.
