 Work time: 

 Monday – Friday (8:30am – 5:30pm)

 A few times on Saturday per year for joining Trade show

 Allowance(s): Dinner Party per month/ Free lunch when business trip

 Bonus and incentives: 13th month bonus

 Benefit(s): Under VN law

 Selection process: Two rounds. 2nd round will accompany with client 1 day for checking matching each other.

JOB DUTIES

 Report to Japanese Director 

 Assigned to Sales Department / Team with 2 members

 Job Responsibilities:

- Responsible for selling original optical instruments such as microscope, optical lens.

- Perform product demonstrations, installations, and application support.

- Sell a variety of instruments to different businesses.

- Improve product knowledge and sales techniques.

- Visit client in city and also Industrial park.

- Joining Trade show in HCM and Hanoi on Sat, only a few per year.

- Sample test in the Office, 

- Preparation estimate to sale, 

- Technical advice after sales, 

- Product packing / shipping business, other business related to the technical advisor as necessary

JOB REQUIREMENTS

- Certificate: none

- Languege skills: 

 Japanese business level more than N2, especially listening skill

 English conversational

- New graduates are also acceptable.

- Other (preferable): Type of person who like to visit Industrial park area, can ride cars for visiting industrial park, who can go to business trip like Hanoi (a few days per year for joining Trade show)

 Desirable Characters:

- Gender: any

- Age: around 26

- Personality: hardworking, enthusiastic, active, flexible

- Outstanding communication and interpersonal abilities

- Studying or working in Japan is desirable, not must.
