Position: CTP (COMPUTER TO PLATE) TECHNICIAN - TRADING
Level: Executive
Contract term: Permanent

Work location: District 1, HCMC
Work time: Monday-Friday (8:00am-5:00pm)
Allowance(s): Mobile phone provided / Taxi card / Business trip allowance (based on actual cost)
Bonus and incentives: 13th month bonus (fixed) / Performance bonus (averagely 2.5-3 months) and salary review once per year
Benefit(s): SHUI / Annual health check / Company trip / Overseas training (usually in Thailand)
Selection process: Two rounds (Japanese Sales Manager -> CEO and HR Manager)
JOB DUTIES
Division: Graphic System Division
Report to Japanese Sales Manager (male, 40s, based in HCMC)
Team structure: Japanese Sales Manager -> Sales Leader (CTP / Wide Format) -> Technician (CTP / Wide Format) -> Sales Admin cum Assistant to Sales Manager
Job Responsibilities:
- Provide support for technical issues and perform trouble shooting for end-users and distributors
- Provide technical consultation for CTP customers
- Provide/attend training sessions in both domestic and overseas locations
- Provide help and assistance for the Sales and Marketing team upon request
- Accommodate requests for multi-day business trips
- Ready to take over-time duties as assigned
- Perform other duties as assigned
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Desirable Background and Experience:
- Qualification: Bachelor Degree in related fields
- Language skills: English business level (must)
- At least 3+ years of professional experience working at the same position of holding equivalent skills
Desirable Characters:
- Gender: Male preferable
- Age: Any
- Quick learning, flexible working, good health
- Willing to work over-time and go on frequent business trips around the country (there is no CTP Technician based in Hanoi to take care of the North market)
