GENERAL INFORMATION

 Position: Senior Environment Engineer - Construction

 Level: Senior

 Contract Term: 2 to 3 year labor contract (to be renewed according to the staff performance and project duration)

 Recruitment Reason: Expansion

 Expected joining date: ASAP

 Work Location: HCMC

 Work Time: Mon - Fri [8h30 - 17h30] 

 Allowance(s): $50. Laptop, cell phone, bike parking fees to be provided by the company

 Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review once per year/ Yearly bonus (depending to the staff performance and the company condition)

 Selection Process: Two rounds 

JOB DUTIES 

 Report to HSE senior Manager, or Project Manager.

 Job Responsibilities:

- Implement and maintain Environment Management Plan & Procedures. 

- Responsible for site environment monitoring (air, noise, etc.)

- Ensuring that once work starts, it is carried out as per planned and that relevant environment requirements are observed on site.

- Monitoring the sub-contractor’s environment performance.

- Making recommendations on environment measures or methods to improve the compliance with environment requirements and good practices,

- Conduct the environmental inspections on site and environmental performance and compliance periodically.

- Monitor the progress of environmental improvement programs

- Prepare, review and update environmental reports

- Cooperate with appropriate agencies/ service party about environmental monitoring.

- Maintain that employees informed on environmental matter and motivate them to act with the environmental awareness.

- Other tasks as requested by safety Manager and HSE Manager

JOB REQUIREMENTS

 Desirable Experience:

- Engineer degree in environmental field. 

- Around 5-7 years’ experience in construction environment management.

- Have knowledge of local Vietnam law system, regulation and standards for environment management. 

- Have knowledge of ISO 14001: 2004.

- Experience in working with international companies (Japan, Taiwan, Singapore, UK, etc.)

- Very good command of written and spoken English.

- Good in using MS Office

 Desirable Character:

- Gender: Male or Female but Male is more preferable.

- Age: Around 30

- Hard working, friendly, be able to work in international working environment.
