Salary Range: Around Gross $650
Bonus and Incentives: 13th month bonus / Performance review twice per year.

JOB DUTIES
Report to Vietnamese Leader
Main Tasks:
-Support Customers for any technical queries on Company’s products via telephone
-Participate in Seminars to explain about Company’s products and functions
-Provide consultation to Customers to maximize product’s performance
-Provide first training to Customers purchased products of Microscope, Laser Marker, Vision, etc.
-Visit Customers onsite to guide, set up and support in need
-Provide training to new Sales staff
-Provide advanced training for Experienced Sales staff on high-end product
-Offering after-sales support services, Solving client problems
-Proofread internal documents
-Supporting marketing by attending trade shows, conferences and other marketing events
-Liaising with other members of the Sales team, Admin team and other Technical experts
JOB REQUIREMENTS
Must:
-Gender: Male
-Age: Under 28
-Bachelor degree, majored in Technical, Communications; or related fields.
-1-5 years experienced in Sales or Technical Support, working in Factory Automation industry is an advantage.
-Excellent commands of English
-Strong Computing Skills: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook and Internet;
-Patience and detail-oriental in general affairs;
-Good organization, time-management & multi-tasking skills;
-Ability to complete the project work independently under limited guidance and overtime to meet deadlines;
-Possess a habit of recording, tracking, reviewing & evaluating work progress;
-Pro-active, positive, earnest, high communication skills & Can-do attitude.
