* This position belongs to Maintenance Dept but after joining, CDD will be trained as normal System Engineer. After that CDD will be moved to Maintenance Dept
Each engineer will be responsible for customer account.
The job is related to IT services, from Pre-sales to Post-sales, including:
- Consult and come up with IT solutions according to customer's demand and Sales Department's demand.
- Consultation with customers and design the solutions based on the needs of customer, and requirements from Sales team (such as Network system, Server system, Virtualization, Backup, PBX, Storage, Mail, Firewall, Database…).
- Develop the materials related to the implementation, such as schedules, parameters for installation, schemes for implementation, so on
- Follow and work with the providers to inform about the company's project.
- Follow up with the vendors, collaborate with them for implementation of new project for each customer
- Planning the regular maintenance service and to provide onsite technical support for customers.
- Ensure the quality of service by management and coordination of the works among different vendors.
- Maintain technical support for customers, maintain long term relationships with customers.
- There are 1 day only on domestic business trips.
- Other assigned tasks as needed.

- Education: Bachelor degree
- Language: English conversational level
- Experience: At least 1 year of experience in Information and Communications Technology, any position. (If CDD doesn't have experience then majored in Information Technology is required)
- Basic knowledge about network and server, such as CCNA, VCA, VCP.
- Can use at least 3 skills from the list below:
・ Network (Cisco; Juniper; Fortinet; Checkpoint; Palo Alto; etc.)
・ Server (IBM; HP; NEC; DELL; Fujitsu; etc.)
・ PABX (Panasonic; NEC; Avaya; etc.)
・ System (Microsoft; Symantec; VMware; Acronis; etc.)
・ Cloud (Enterprise/Public/Private Cloud Solutions; Mail/Web Hosting; etc.)
・ Security (Vulnerability Assessment; Managed Security Services; etc.)
・ Access Lines (MPLS; Internet Lease Line; FTTH; etc.)
- Willing to work overtime, and go to business trips.
