Import – Export Deputy Manager will be in charge of managing Hung Yen factory as follows:
- Control and manage Import – export activities, tax refund and annual liquidation for non-tax commodities
- Manage forwarders, co-ordinate & utilize to bring the best efficiency for company
- Quickly update changes of law and take action in right time
- Think and enhance activities for cost saving and better performance
- Other jobs: as assigned by the manager to ensure the smooth operation of Hung Yen factory
Essential requirement:
- Bachelor's degree
- English conversational level
- Have experience at least 3-5 years similar position in logistic and/or manufacturing industries
- Computer skills: Good in Microsoft office as Excel, Word, PPT.
- Soft skills: efficient time management, communication, teamwork, presentation, solving problem skills.
- Good knowledge in current international trade and Vietnam regulation in the field.
- Other: Careful, willing to learn.
- Good at computer office, presentation and leadership skills
Preferable requirement:
- Japanese business level
- Candidate graduated from top universities such as Foreign Trade University; National University etc.
