                <Position Objective/Expectation >
-  Support for planning, execution, analysis and evaluation of the following initiatives to enhance company's brand presence.
<Job Responsibilities>
1. Company brand communication
- Communicate company initiatives such as company brand message, and special offers through media channels.
- Analyze data and implement appropriate brand communications based on hypotheses.
2. Company brand campaigns and events
- Plan effective campaigns and events to increase company awareness and retail spending volume, with managing, guiding, and supporting related team and partners.
- Conduct analysis and verification to determine more effective campaigns and events.
3.Establish company brand services
- Evaluate company's existing brand services, and offer better services.
4. Researching and sharing
- Gather information from the market, and share it internally. Propose and implement necessary actions.
- Respond to surveys and interviews requested by company headquarters and internal teams, and share the information.
5. Resource allocation and work execution
- Share resources appropriately with team members and execute assigned tasks efficiently.
- Manage the budget for the assigned work with the manager and maximize the effectiveness of the work in the assigned area within the budget.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Gender: Any
・Age: Around 30 (28-35)
・Education: Bachelor degree or above
・Experience: Experience in a Bank card center, marketing, advertisement more than 5y
・Language: English - Business level 
・Business knowledge of card payments
・Knowledge of brand management, brand communication, and digital marketing
・Data analysis skills
・Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English and Vietnamese
・Reporting appropriately to superiors and cooperate well with related teams
・Can work with PDCA
<Preferred Skill>
