- Company need an IT Governance Assistant Manager to help focusing in managing execution of IT Governance & Compliance in company.
- As being a management person, Candidate will also take an overall role in planning, organizing & executing in IT department.

<Job Responsibilities>
 IT Governance
- Managing risks relating to information technology and cyber-security.
- Execute on information security activities such as vulnerability management, application development security, SaaS software governance, risks management in business continuity and incident respond.
- Monitoring, ensuring IT compliance is in line with Headquarters’ standards.
- Evaluate third-party relationships for compliance to security standards of our company.
- Perform annual self-check and regular security checklist to IT systems and operations, and make improvements plan (if any).
- Execution of corrective & preventive measures for auditing subjects.
- Establish or revise IT policies, standards, practices to ensure effective and consistent information processing operations.
- Collaborate with Headquarter on system enhancements, auditing subjects.

 Departmental tasks
- Assist HOD in developing IT security & governance (new section).
- Develop and mentor IT members.
- Securing information data and IT systems against loss or attack by computer viruses or other external threats.
- Perform other related duties as assigned.


<Necessary Skill / Experience >
- Gender: Male
- Age: 30 - 40
- Language: English Bussiness level
- Education: Bachelor’s Degree major in Computer Science
- Minimum 8+ years of experience with at least 3 years managing and/or directing an IT organization and operations.
- Thorough understanding of computer-related security systems including firewalls, encryption, and password protection and authentication.

<Perfer>
- Proven experience in related IT security or compliance fields is a plus.
- Certificates related to IT field is a plus.
