<Job Responsibilities>
- Research, and analyze project FS (Feasibility study), evaluate investment opportunities, research market and research projects, and analyze investment opportunities by building valuation models.
-Analyze the project financial statements (Cash flow, Profit and Loss & Balance Sheet), understanding IFRS and VAS
-Recognize the issue, propose necessary solutions, and work with assigned units such as Audit companies, Tax authorities, Valuation companies, and banks...
- Plan to use capital according to the investment needs and operational needs of the Company.
- Monitor, system, and periodically report credits.
- Analyze differences between budget and actual based on relevant numbers (sold units etc.) and interviews with PIC in JV partners, effectively prepare revised budget numbers.
- Perform other tasks as directed by direct management.
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Age: Under 35 years old
・Gender: Any
・Education: Bachelor's Degree, major in Finance or Accounting
・Language: Business Level (Highly proficient in spoken and written English)
・Experience:
- At least 5 years experience in MNC company
- Working experience in investment finance, accounting, or audit in real estate development
- Knowledge and experience in accounting, finance, tax as well as budget and actual analysis
- Knowledge and experience in feasibility study preparation and analysis on real estate development (especially for residential)
<Preferable Skill / Experience>
- PC skills (Microsoft Word, Excel)
- Ownership of assigned tasks, cooperative, flexible, keen to learn new areas
