Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Monitor and ensure the reliable operation of utility systems, including boilers, water treatment systems (RO, UF), cooling towers, chillers, air compressors, and wastewater treatment facilities - Analyze system performance to detect abnormalities and identify inefficiencies for continuous improvement - Troubleshoot and promptly resolve operational issues to minimize downtime and ensure continuous operations - Develop and implement preventive and corrective maintenance programs to enhance reliability and extend the lifecycle of utilities equipment - Coordinate with maintenance teams and external contractors to ensure timely and effective execution of maintenance activities - Manage and optimize chemical dosing and control in water and wastewater treatment systems to ensure compliance and process efficiency - Monitor water quality and ensure compliance with standards - Prepare daily/weekly/monthly operation reports and analyze data trends - Maintain proper documentation and records - Ensure compliance with safety, environmental, and company regulations - Conduct risk assessment and implement safety measures - Lead or participate in energy-saving and system optimization projects - Propose improvement initiatives for system efficiency and cost reduction
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Environmental Engineering/ Thermal Engineering/Heat Engineering/ Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical Engineering or related fields - Language: English - Business Level - Experience: 2 years of experience in Utilities, including: - + Solid knowledge of Water treatment systems (RO, UF), WWTP - + Solid knowledge of Boiler, steam, and heat exchange systems - + Solid knowledge of cooling systems and chillers - + Solid knowledge of Compressed air systems - + Understanding of water treatment chemicals and dosing control - + Knowledge of safety and environmental regulations
