<Job Responsibilities>
・Enhance customer service quality at GENBA
・Keep the customer account and connect to the sales staff.
・Arrangement of work staff and work supervision
・Procure the materials necessary for the work.
・Analyze the inspection results and report them accurately to your superiors and the customer.
・Build a good relationship with the end user and extend more business
・Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience >
・Education:
- A bachelor’s degree in Business, Technology, Engineering, or a related field is required for Fresh Candidates
- Not required for candidates having sufficient experience
・Foreign Language: Not required. Having English is an advantage
・Experience & Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Familiar with technical product specifications
- Experience in electricity and mechanics Maintenance
- Be Able to use office software (Word, Excel, PPT).
- Must drive a Motorbike to visit customers every day (Gas & Motorbike allowance supplied by the company)

- Go to visit the customer factory directly from home
