<Saturday Working: Depending on the situation> <Position Objective/Expectation> To manage and oversee all technical operations of the Ho Chi Minh branch, ensuring southern region projects progress as planned and meet quality standards. <Job Responsibilities> - Manage the technical operations of the Ho Chi Minh branch. - Promote projects in the southern region according to the approved plan. - Provide direct technical support to the company's sales staff and customers. - Conduct regular product training for sales staff and customers to enhance brand awareness. - Directly manage the technical staff of the Ho Chi Minh branch. - Perform programming and configuration of PLCs, HMIs, SCADA, inverters, and servos for major machinery. - Troubleshoot, maintain, and upgrade factory automation systems. - Regularly report on work progress and results.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Short-term college or university graduation in electrical, electronics, automation, or control-related major - Basic communication and ability to read technical documents in English - At least 3-5 years of practical experience in the industrial automation field - Having PLC programming knowledge - Knowledge of HMI/SCADA from various manufacturers - Knowledge of inverters/servos: industrial machines - Knowledge of power distribution/breaker devices - Team management, communication, and problem-solving skills <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Having strong communication skills - High language skills English or Japanese
