<Job Responsibilities> - Check samples and material colors, resolving issues - Analyze causes of development issues, propose and implement improvement measures - Review physical property test results for new materials and implement corrective actions - Coordinate technical matters between headquarters and factory from sample stage through mass production - Identify and resolve issues prior to production transition meetings - Translate design intent into mass production specifications through technical expertise - Lead sample evaluation and technical discussions - Drive root cause analysis and improvement implementation for material-related issues ＜業務内容（Job Responsibilities）＞ - サンプルや素材の色味を確認し、発生した問題の解決を図る。 - 開発段階で発生した問題の原因を分析し、改善策を提案・実行する。 - 新素材の物性試験結果を確認・評価し、必要に応じて是正措置を実施する。 - サンプル段階から量産に至るまで、日本本社と工場間の技術的な調整・連携を行う。 - 量産移行に関する会議の前に、潜在的な問題を特定し、解決する。 - 技術的な知見を活かし、デザイン上の意図を量産可能な製品仕様へと落とし込む。 - サンプル評価および技術的な協議を主導する。 - 素材に関連する問題について、根本原因の分析（Root Cause Analysis）を行い、改善策の実行を推進する。
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Experience in footwear material development work at shoe factory or material manufacturer (approximately 7 years or more) - Specialist expertise in mesh (textile), synthetic leather, or natural leather - In-depth knowledge of material composition and manufacturing processes - Practical experience in root cause analysis and problem-solving for material-related issues - Ability to communicate in either Japanese or English <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Experience working with global brands - Experience in material evaluation and quality assessment ＜必須スキル・経験（Necessary Skill / Experience）＞ - 靴工場または素材メーカーにおけるフットウェア向け素材開発の実務経験（目安として7年以上） - メッシュ（繊維素材）、合成皮革、または天然皮革に関する専門知識 - 素材の構成や製造工程に関する深い知識 - 素材に関連する問題について、根本原因の分析（Root Cause Analysis）および問題解決に取り組んだ実務経験 - 日本語または英語でのコミュニケーション能力 ＜歓迎スキル・経験（Preferable Skill / Experience）＞ - グローバルブランドとの業務経験 - 素材の評価および品質評価に関する実務経験
