<Overall> • Develop sales materials, campaigns, and conduct seminar to support clients (IoT solutions/ Production Efficiency Systems) • Help develop and test software and hardware applications that support product and company goals. • Gather and present data analysis and product updates to clients and management team. • Actively search for sales leads, introduce company’s products to potential clients and follow up until closing sale deals and give the best service after sales. • Manage the relationship with enterprise clients and support the clients in using the company’s products. • Making improvements and enhancements to software products based on data analysis and collect the feedback from clients. • Monitor and troubleshoot IoT devices post-deployment to ensure the seamless process.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> ・Education: • Bachelor’s degree of Industrial Engineer (IE) or other related to Apparel/Textile industry. ・Gender: Any ・Age: 25-35 years old ・Language: Can communicate to clients, partners, and colleagues in English and Vietnamese. ・Experience: - Have 2 to 3 years of professional experience in customer service support and customer relationship management preferably within the Apparel, Footwear or Solutions. - Familiar with Information Technology (IT) such as computer and network. - Take proactive and creative approaches to attend to clients’ needs and have a strong interest in the field of IoT Solutions, Apparel, and related fields. - Demonstrate the ability to learn new products fast and active. - Good at communication skill and problem solving when supporting clients. - Can present products and ideas with confidence and persistence. - Willing to travel for business trip including oversea.
