Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Negotiate with Modern Trade (MT) channels (supermarkets, convenience stores, drug stores, beauty chains) for sales promotions. - Prepare new materials for new listing products - fluently for processing new listings - Monitor activities for the MT channel. - Follow & track marketing plan weekly - monthly - Carry out plans to support sales for MT channel such as: store promotions, display, sampling activities, etc. - Carry out brand marketing activities - Support for training PG: Product, selling skill… - Other tasks as requested by the Manager
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree in Economics, Marketing, or related fields. - Language: English - Business Level - Experience: + At least 2 years of MT Sales experience in the FMCG (non-food, non-beverage) category. + Strong experience working with supermarkets, convenience stores, drug stores, or beauty chains - Proficiency in MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and strong presentation skills. - Strong negotiation skills and ability to work well in a stressful environment; must be honest, bright, friendly, patient, self-motivated, independent, hard-working, with advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
