Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Generate new sales leads through various channels (cold calls, networking, and referrals) - Meet and exceed sales targets set by the company - Understand customer needs and offer suitable solutions - Prepare and deliver sales presentations and product demonstrations - Negotiate terms and close deals - Prepare and submit regular sales reports - Perform other tasks assigned by the Manager related to sales and customer service, which may include technical tasks depending on the situation
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or related field (Degree not required with sufficient experience in the same field) - Language: English at conversational level (Proficiency in English communication is required) - Experience: At least 1 year of experience in sales or customer service, preferably in industrial consumables - Strong communication and interpersonal skills - Ability to work independently and as part of a team - Familiarity with technical product specifications - Proficiency in office software (Word, Excel, PPT) <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Knowledge of Japanese is an advantage
