<Job Responsibilities> - Manage the quality of shoes produced at OEM factories in Vietnam - Check product quality at the manufacturing site and identify areas for improvement - Find the causes of quality problems and take action to prevent them from happening again - Identify issues in production processes and product quality and lead improvement activities - Monitor production progress and delivery schedules - Coordinate with the factory when quality or delivery problems occur - Report and share quality and production progress information with the Japan Head Office - Communicate quality standards and requirements from the Japan Head Office to the factory and follow up on their implementation - Coordinate between the Japan Head Office and Vietnam OEM factories - Check and manage quality standards, inspection standards, SOPs, and related documents - Continuously improve product quality and production processes ＜ポジション概要＞ ・ベトナムのOEM工場で生産されるシューズ製品について、品質および生産納期の管理を担当するポジションです。 ・製造現場での品質確認・改善活動に加え、ベトナムのOEM工場と日本本社の間に立ち、品質や生産進捗に関する情報共有・調整を行っていただきます。 ・日本本社からの品質基準や要求事項を工場へ正確に伝えるとともに、工場で発生した問題や課題を日本本社へ報告し、関係者と協力しながら改善・解決を進めていただきます。 ・また、品質だけでなく生産進捗や納期についても工場と連携し、予定通り製品を生産・納品できるようフォローしていただきます。 ＜仕事内容＞ ・ベトナムのOEM工場で生産されるシューズ製品の品質管理 ・製造現場における品質チェック、問題点の抽出および改善指導 ・不良発生時の原因究明、再発防止策の立案・実行 ・生産工程・製品品質に関する課題の把握および改善活動の推進 ・生産進捗および納期の確認・管理 ・品質・納期に関する問題発生時の工場との調整 ・日本本社への品質・生産進捗に関する報告および情報共有 ・日本本社からの品質基準・要求事項を工場へ伝達し、実行状況をフォロー ・日本本社とベトナムOEM工場との間に立った各種調整業務 ・品質基準書、検査基準、SOP等の確認・管理 ・製品品質および生産プロセスの継続的な改善
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Education: Bachelor’s degree or above ・Language skills: - Japanese: Business level (JLPT N2 or equivalent); and - English: Conversational level (reading and writing) OR - English: Business level ・Experience - At least 2 years of QC (Quality Control) experience in the apparel or footwear manufacturing industry - Experience working for a Japanese company or working with Japanese companies - Proficient in Microsoft Excel, Outlook, Word, and PowerPoint ・Personal Skills - Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to proactively communicate with overseas stakeholders - Flexible mindset and the ability to respect others’ opinions and find optimal solutions through discussion - Hands-on approach with the ability to calmly analyze issues based on manufacturing processes and material characteristics - Strong attention to detail and the ability to continuously improve processes to ensure stable product quality <Preferable Skills / Experience> ・Language: English proficiency is a plus <Working Conditions> Company Office: Hoa Hung Ward, HCMC Work Location: On-site at a partner/OEM factory in Binh Phuoc Province Accommodation: Employees living in HCMC are expected to stay near the factory from Monday to Friday Business Trip Expenses: Daily allowance and accommodation expenses will be covered by the company ＜必須要件＞ ・学歴： 大学卒以上 ・言語： - 日本語： ビジネスレベル（JLPT N2または同等レベル） - 英語： 日常会話レベル（読み書き） ・経験 - アパレルまたはシューズ製造業におけるQC（品質管理）の経験が2年以上 - 日系企業での勤務経験、または日系企業との業務経験があること - Microsoft Excel、Outlook、Word、PowerPointを十分に使用できること ・人物・スキル - 高いコミュニケーション能力・対人能力を持ち、海外の関係者とも積極的にコミュニケーションを取れる方 - 他者の意見を柔軟に受け入れ、対話を通じて最適な解決策を導き出せる方 - 現場に入り込んで業務に取り組む姿勢があり、製造工程や材料の特性を踏まえて、問題を冷静に分析できる方 - 細部まで注意を払うことができ、製品品質を安定させるための継続的な改善活動に取り組める方 ＜歓迎スキル・経験＞ 言語：英語力があれば尚可 ＜勤務条件＞ 勤務地：Binh Phuoc省 オフィス：Viettel Tower, 285 Cach Mang Thang Tam, Hoa Hung, HCMC パートナー工場先での常駐 月曜～金曜は工場近辺で宿泊 出張時の日当および宿泊費は会社負担
