Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Managing food safety standards (e.g., BRC, FSSC22000, IFS/SQF/FSMA). - Organizing and conducting internal audits based on international food safety standards (BRC, FSSC 22000, IFS, SQF, FSMA). - Inspecting, monitoring, and reporting on departmental compliance with Work Instructions (WI), Standard Operating Procedures (SOP), and the quality/food safety management system. - Reading and interpreting EU food safety legislation and FDA documents. - Leading and managing external audit teams from certification bodies. - Handling customer complaints, particularly those concerning quality and food safety. - Addressing internal non-conformities related to quality and food safety. - Performing data analysis and preparing reports based on findings. - Researching and studying technical documentation on quality and food safety topics. - Writing and developing procedures and SOPs in the domain of quality and food safety. - Supervising quality and food safety operations within the factory. - Preparing and submitting reports to management and other relevant departments.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Education: Bachelor's Degree - Language: English - Business Level - Experience: Minimum 3 years of experience working QA/QC related in the food field - Leadership experience <Preferred Skills> - Experience in 5S, Kaizen, and continuous improvement in process and system is an advantage. - Knowledge about pest control is an advantage. - A background in food technology is an advantage. - Communication - Problem-solving - Data analysis - Presentation skill - Meticulous, careful, honest, diligent in work - Know to use computer and office software
