Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Creating quality processes and quality inspections - In charge of Quality Control and Production Control during the manufacturing process (from molding, die casting, painting,... finishing the product) - Research and develop new products, and find new ways to improve the manufacturing process. - Periodical report to the Department Manager. *Potential managerial candidates in the future
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Bachelor's degree - Gender: Any - Language: Japanese or English conversational level (Internal use) - Age: 28 - 45 years old - Have at least 5 years of experience in the quality control department of the automotive parts industry or die-cast company - Know about ISO and IATF - Know forms and check sheets on controlling products. - Not a job hopper <Preferable Skill / Experience> - Have management experience - Practical working experience in factories, especially die-casting factories, is preferable. - Have working experience in Japanese companies.
