Job Description
<Objective> Manage and maintain an effective Quality Management System (QMS), ensuring that products comply with international standards (ISO 9001, IATF 16949) and customer requirements, while handling quality issues and customer complaints. <Job Description> - Manage and maintain the QMS in accordance with ISO 9001, IATF 16949, and customer requirements. - Implement quality control (QC) processes for mass production. - Monitor and analyze product quality data, such as defect rates and PPM. - Conduct internal audits of the Quality Management System. - Investigate the root causes of quality issues that arise. - Develop and implement corrective and preventive actions (CAPA). - Manage change control processes related to suppliers and internal changes. - Support the Deputy Director (PGD) in reviewing and monitoring key quality performance indicators (KPIs). - Support Japanese staff in developing and implementing countermeasures to address customer complaints. - Verify the implementation of countermeasures following customer audits. - Prepare periodic quality reports and ad hoc reports as required.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills> - Education: University graduate. - Language: Business-level English - Experience: - At least 3 years of experience as a QA Team Leader / Deputy QA Manager, including: - Practical knowledge and experience in Quality Management Systems (QMS) in accordance with ISO 9001 and IATF 16949 standards. - Analytical and problem-solving skills to conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions. - Management and supervisory skills to monitor KPIs and manage change control processes. - Communication and coordination skills to support superiors and collaborate effectively with colleagues. - Ability to conduct internal audits and respond to customer audits.
