Job Description
<Job Responsibilities> - Calculate required raw materials and accessories for production; develop purchasing plans - Search for suppliers, negotiate prices and terms, select suppliers based on price and quality criteria - Evaluate suppliers, monitor and report evaluation results to the department head - Manage suppliers according to company procedures based on capabilities, products, delivery time, after-sales service, payment methods, and development potential - Check material quality, monitor progress of raw materials, and track delivery schedules - Handle and report issues with purchased goods - Prepare periodic reports or reports upon request
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience> - Graduated from university. - Language: English or Chinese - Intermediate Level - Experience: - Minimum 3 years of experience in domestic and international purchasing. - Proficient in office computing (MS Office). - Good communication and negotiation skills. <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Priority given to candidates currently living in Nhon Trach, Long Thanh. - Preference for candidates who can use both English and Chinese. - Preference for female candidates.
