Job Description
【Job summary】 We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Production Management Staff to support daily production coordination and communication. This role focuses on color management, physical property validation, raw material tracking, and sample arrangement. The ideal candidate will act as a key liaison among internal teams, OEMs, and shoe factories to ensure smooth and accurate production processes. <Job Responsibilities> ・ Quality management: Manage quality-related evaluations, coordinate issue resolution with OEM partners, and maintain color code registration data. ・ Physical property confirmation: Coordinate and verify physical property test results from OEMs and provide timely updates to internal stakeholders. ・ Inventory management: Monitor raw material inventory, manage allocation based on production requirements, and maintain accurate inventory records. ・ Sample arrangement: Coordinate sample requests, prepare required samples, and verify color accuracy before shipment.
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skills / Experience> - Education: Bachelor's Degree or above - Language: English - Business Level - Experience: At least 1 year of production management experience in any industry - Ability to commute by own vehicle <Preferable Skill/ Experience> - Prefer candidates with experience in textile industry
