<Job Responsibilities> ・Production planning and coordination (based on order status and delivery requirements) ・Production progress monitoring and delivery management ・Coordination with manufacturing departments to optimize production schedules ・Handling troubleshooting and recovery actions when issues occur ・Inventory monitoring and maintaining optimal stock levels (●) ・Driving process improvement and efficiency initiatives (●) ・Data management and reporting using PC tools (Excel, etc.) ※Possibility of future team management responsibility
Job Requirement
<Necessary Skill / Experience > ・Age: 35 - 45 ・Gender: Any ・Education: Bachelor’s degree ・Language Skills - English: Not required - Japanese: Not required ・Experience: - More than 4 years of experience in Production Control / Production Planning in the manufacturing industry - Experience in manufacturing industries such as plastic processing, resin molding, or metal processing is preferred ・Personality - Strong communication skills with shop-floor operations - Flexible and able to solve problems proactively - Able to work independently in a small organization ・Others - Night shift work is acceptable (must be able to work night shifts) - Willing to work in a shift system, including night shifts - Good PC skills (especially Excel)
